Posts
Posts are the individual articles published through a blog channel. They are date-ordered and appear in the blog feed. Use Posts for articles, announcements, tutorials, case studies, or any content that benefits from a timestamp and feed placement.

Creating Posts
Click New Post to open the post editor. You will be prompted to select the blog the post belongs to if you are not already inside a specific blog view.
Required fields:
- Title: The working title of the post.
- Blog: Which blog channel this post belongs to.
Optional fields set during editing:
- Slug: Auto-generated from title, editable.
- Excerpt: Short summary shown in feeds and card views.
- Featured image: The main visual for the post.
- Categories: Organizational groupings within the blog.
- Tags: Additional freeform labels.
- Author: Defaults to the logged-in user.
- SEO fields: Meta title, meta description, canonical URL, OpenGraph image.
- Publish date: Defaults to now for immediate publish; set to a future date to schedule.
Content Editor
Posts use the rich text editor (CKEditor 5) with full formatting support. See the Editing Content documentation for a complete guide to the editor, SEO fields, scheduling, revision history, and inline comments.
Categories and Tags
Categories and tags help readers and search engines find related content.
- Categories: Hierarchical groupings defined per blog. Used for navigation and filtered listing pages.
- Tags: Flat labels that can span categories. More flexible and lower-stakes to create.
Tips:
- Keep categories few and stable. Too many categories fragment the navigation.
- Tags can be more numerous and specific.
- Both categories and tags become filterable URL parameters on the public site.
Bulk Actions
Select multiple posts to apply bulk actions:
- Publish: Publish all selected drafts immediately.
- Unpublish: Revert published posts to Draft.
- Archive: Move posts to Archived.
- Reassign author: Change the author on multiple posts at once.
- Delete: Permanently delete selected posts.
Revisions
Every save creates a revision snapshot. You can view and restore previous versions of a post from the editor's History tab. This allows you to safely iterate and always roll back if something goes wrong.
