Editorial Calendar
The Editorial Calendar gives your team a visual timeline of all content — what is publishing when, across which sites. Drag items to reschedule directly from the calendar.

Editorial Calendar
The Editorial Calendar is a monthly grid showing all content items with a publish date or a scheduled publish date. It gives you a bird's-eye view of your publishing cadence across all content types and all sites.
Calendar View
The calendar displays in a monthly grid. Each day shows all content items with a publish date that falls on that day.
Each item on the calendar shows:
- Title: The content item title (truncated if long).
- Type indicator: A color or icon indicating content type (Page, Post, Blog, News, Event).
- Site: Which site the item belongs to.
- Status pill: Published (green), Scheduled (blue), or Draft (grey).
Navigation:
- Use the Previous and Next arrows to move between months.
- Click Today to return to the current month.
- Click any content item to open it in the editor.
Filtering
Use the filters above the calendar to focus on what you need:
- Site filter: Show only content from a specific site.
- Type filter: Show only Pages, Posts, Blogs, News, or Events.
- Status filter: Show only Scheduled, Published, or Draft content.
Tips:
- Use site + type filters to check the publishing schedule for a specific blog without noise from other content.
- Draft items only appear on the calendar if they have a target publish date set in their settings.
Drag-and-Drop Rescheduling
Drag any item from one day to another to reschedule it. The item's publish date is updated immediately.
How it works:
- For Scheduled items: The scheduled publish time is moved to the same time on the new date.
- For Published items: Dragging changes the display date (the
publishedAttimestamp) but does not unpublish the item. - For Draft items with a target date: The target date is updated.
Why it matters:
Drag-and-drop rescheduling lets you rebalance a publishing schedule without opening each item individually. This is especially useful after a campaign delay or when spacing content around events.
Tips:
- Hold Shift while dragging to move an item to a different month.
- If you accidentally move an item, use the editor to set the correct date manually.
- Check the calendar after bulk scheduling to verify even spacing.
Publishing from the Calendar
Hover over any Draft or Scheduled item on the calendar to reveal quick action buttons:
- Publish now: Immediately publish the item.
- Open editor: Jump to the full editor for that item.
Tips:
- Publish Now from the calendar is a convenient way to go live for items that are ready but not yet scheduled.
- The calendar does not support bulk actions — use the content list views for bulk publishing.
