What is Foundaro?
Foundaro is a toolkit for solopreneurs and lean teams. We provide the structure and AI-assisted workflows you need to move from a raw idea to a stable, validated business model without the usual chaos.
Is Foundaro free to use?
Yes. Foundaro offers a Free plan, plus Premium, Professional, and Enterprise paid plans. For current limits and included features, check the pricing page.
Who is this for?
Foundaro is built for solo founders, operators, and side-hustlers who want a repeatable process for building businesses. It is for people who value execution over just "having ideas."

How does the AI Discovery tool work?
Our discovery engine is context-aware. It doesn’t just give generic advice; it analyzes your specific problem and constraints to generate multiple business model variations and execution paths.
What are Operational Document Packs?
As you move through our module phases, we automatically generate the core assets you need-like GTM guides, hiring scorecards, and risk assessments. You can edit them in-app and export them when you are ready.
How does the Kanban board help?
The board gives you a visual pipeline of your entire operation. You can drag projects through the framework stages, track progress, and use filters to focus on the work that matters most right now.
AI & Security
How do you use AI?
We use AI to help with the heavy lifting-research, document drafting, and strategy recommendations. These tools are on-demand, meaning we only process your data when you specifically ask for a recommendation.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use user-isolated cloud architecture and secure authentication. We follow industry standards for encryption and use App Check to prevent unauthorized access to our systems.
Do you train models on my data?
No. Your project data and private notes are yours. We use the Gemini API in a way that ensures your inputs are not used to train foundational AI models.
Plans & Billing
Where can I compare plans?
Use the pricing page for the current plan lineup, billing options, and feature limits. That page is the source of truth for packaging details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can manage your subscription directly from your settings. If you cancel, you will keep your features until the end of your current billing cycle.
How is payment handled?
We use Stripe for all payment processing. It is secure, and we never see or store your credit card information on our servers.
Foundaro Spokes
What plan do I need to use Foundaro Spokes?
Foundaro Spokes requires a Premium, Professional, or Enterprise plan. It is not available on the Free plan. Once you have an eligible plan, your workspace admin can assign Spokes roles to team members from Spokes › Team.
How many sites can I have?
The number of sites depends on your plan: Premium allows 1 site, Professional allows 5 sites, and Enterprise allows unlimited sites. Each site can have its own custom domain, theme, navigation menus, and content inventory. To view all limits for your plan, see the pricing page.
Can I upgrade my Spokes limits?
Yes. Upgrading your workspace plan automatically increases all Spokes limits — sites, forms, status pages, monitors, doc spaces, webhooks, and more. You can upgrade from Settings › Billing inside Foundaro Hub. When you hit a limit, the app will show a clear message explaining what the limit is and which plan you need to unlock more.
Are webhooks available on the Premium plan?
No. Outbound webhooks (for triggering external systems when content is published or forms are submitted) require a Professional or Enterprise plan. Premium plans include all other Spokes features but webhooks are a Pro-tier capability.
How does the form submission limit work?
Form submission limits are counted per calendar month per workspace. Premium allows 500 submissions/month, Professional allows 10,000/month, and Enterprise is unlimited. Submissions from public visitors are counted; internal test submissions also count toward the limit.
