Pages

Pages are the structural backbone of your site. Use them for anything that needs a permanent URL and does not follow a feed or category pattern.

Pages

Pages represent individual, standalone URLs on your site. They are distinct from Posts, Blogs, and News items in that they are not part of a feed or date-ordered list. Use Pages for persistent content like your homepage, about page, contact page, legal documents, and landing pages.

Page List

The main Pages view shows all pages across your sites in a board layout. You can switch between list view, card view, and table view using the view toggle in the top right.

Key fields shown in the list:

  • Title: The display name of the page.
  • Slug: The URL path segment used to access this page.
  • Site: Which site this page belongs to.
  • Status: Draft, Scheduled, Published, or Archived.
  • Last modified: When the page was last saved.

Filtering and search:

  • Filter by site, status, or content type using the filter bar.
  • Use the search input to find pages by title or slug.
  • Sort by title, status, or last modified date.

Creating Pages

Click the New Page button in the top right to create a new page. You will be taken to the page editor.

Required fields when creating:

  • Title: The working title of the page.
  • Site: Which site this page will belong to.

The slug is auto-generated from the title but can be edited manually.

Bulk Actions

Select multiple pages using the checkboxes in the list view to apply bulk actions:

  • Publish: Publish all selected drafts immediately.
  • Unpublish: Revert selected published pages back to Draft.
  • Archive: Move selected pages to Archived status.
  • Delete: Permanently delete selected pages. This cannot be undone.

Why it matters:

Bulk actions save time when migrating content, doing seasonal updates, or cleaning up old content after a campaign.

Status Lifecycle

Pages move through the following statuses:

  • Draft: Not visible to site visitors. Can be edited freely.
  • Under Review: Submitted for editorial approval. Read-only for authors.
  • Scheduled: Approved and set to publish at a future date and time.
  • Published: Live and visible to site visitors.
  • Archived: Removed from public view. Still accessible in Foundaro Front.

Tips:

  • Archived pages are not deleted and can be republished at any time.
  • Scheduled items publish automatically at the specified time.
  • If a scheduled item does not go live, check whether the site is active.
