Foundaro Front Docs

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a live snapshot of your content operation — what is in draft, what is awaiting review, what just published, and how content is distributed across your sites.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is the starting point for every session in Foundaro Front. It answers three questions quickly: what is active right now, what needs attention, and what recently shipped.

Content Counts

The counts row at the top of the dashboard shows the total number of published, draft, scheduled, and archived items across each content type (Pages, Blogs, Posts, News, Events).

Why it matters:

  • Quickly see whether your publishing cadence is keeping up with plans.
  • Spot content types that are falling behind or accumulating unpublished drafts.

Tips:

  • A large draft count usually means content is stalled in review or waiting for scheduling.
  • A large archive count is healthy — it means old content is being maintained rather than left live indefinitely.

Recent Drafts

The Recent Drafts section shows the most recently modified unpublished items across all content types and all sites. Items are sorted by last-modified date descending.

Key fields:

  • Title: The content item's current working title.
  • Type: Pages, Blogs, Posts, News, or Events.
  • Site: Which site this content belongs to.
  • Last modified: When the item was last saved.
  • Status: Draft, Under Review, or Scheduled.

Tips:

  • Click any item to go directly to the editor.
  • If a draft has not been touched in a long time, it may need to be either resumed or archived.

Pending Review

The Pending Review section lists items that have been submitted for editorial review but not yet approved or rejected.

Key fields:

  • Reviewer: Who the item is assigned to.
  • Submitted: When the review was requested.
  • Content: The item awaiting approval.

Why it matters:

  • Review queues that grow unchecked slow publishing velocity.
  • If you are a reviewer, this section tells you exactly what is waiting.

Tips:

  • Use the Workflow module for more detailed review management, assignments, and comments.
  • Items sitting in review for more than a few days often benefit from a direct message to the reviewer.

Recently Published

The Recently Published section shows the most recently live items across all sites and content types.

Key fields:

  • Title: The content item name.
  • Type: The content type.
  • Site: Which site it published to.
  • Published at: The exact publish timestamp.

Tips:

  • Use this to verify that scheduled items actually went live at the intended time.
  • If an item does not appear here after its scheduled time, check whether the site is active and the item status is Scheduled rather than Draft.
